Get ready to come together for a joyful celebration at our annual Eid On Shore event! 🎉 Join us for an afternoon filled with laughter, exciting games, and cherished moments with family and friends.

Expect a fun-filled day with something for everyone — family-friendly activities, engaging entertainment for all ages, and a wide variety of delicious food to enjoy throughout the day.

Terms and Conditions:
NSIA Stall Registration Fees:
Food Trucks : $400 + Electricity Fee
Food stalls: $250 + Electricity Fee (Bring your own Gazebo)
Dessert stalls: $150 + Electricity Fee (Bring your own Gazebo)
Non food stalls: $100 + Electricity Fee (Bring your own Gazebo)
NOTE : ALL STALLS WILL BE OUTDOOR. You will have to provide your own Gazebo ,Tables and chair. Every stall will be given a space of 3x3m only In Shaa Allah.
Electricity Fees:
So in addition to stall fees there will also be electricity/power fees. if you have electricity requirements. please fill in this form:

- 32 A : 3 PHASE (PDL) $100 each
- 15 A Socket $40 each
- 10 A Socket $25 each
- Power socket for EFTPOS only $15 (Note : You are to bring your own EFTPOS machine)
Every stall should have an RCD Safety Switch to be able to connect to the generator or plug (this is to avoid causing power outage to the rest of the stalls). Please note, stall vendors will not be allowed to bring their own generators.
If you want to rent a table, please book it in advance and each table will be charged at $15
Condition of Selling Food:
Must adhere to food safety requirements and food to be halal. Email will be sent with more details once registered.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as fair and flexible as possible for all our vendors. At the same time, organizing an event requires advance planning and commitments. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review the cancellation and refund terms below if you need to cancel after booking.
