2. Photography: Participants agree to have their photos taken and shared on our social media platforms. If a participant has any concerns, they must inform the management team prior to the event. 

 

3. Dress code: To ensure a respectful and modest atmosphere at this event, participants are kindly asked to dress modestly and appropriately.

4. Refund Policy: Payments are final. No refund.

5. Liability: Event organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
Event organizers are not liable for accidents or injuries that occur during event
activities.

6. Health and Safety: Parents/guardians/Attendees are responsible for providing
accurate medical information. Attendees with allergies or medical conditions must
inform the event organizers in advance.
