The 6 weeks men's fitness is structured as following:

​

1. There will be 6 sessions led by certified personal trainers. Each session is 1 hour and it is one sessions a week for 6 consecutive weeks.

​

2. The sessions will take place at AUT fitness centre (North campus), every Tuesday from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm (starting 4th July).

​

3. The sessions will focus on general fitness and muscles' Hypertrophy, Strengthen, and conditioning.

​

4. The certified personal trainers will provide general Nutrition and Supplement Advices.

Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Eligibility: To participate in the men's fitness 6 weeks challenge classes you must be a Muslim above 15 years old. By registering for the event, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

 

2. Photography: Participants agree to have their photos taken and shared on our social media platforms. If a participant has any concerns, they must inform the management team prior to the event.

3. Refund policy: All sales are final - no refund or change of mind
