NSIA Islamic Academy Registration Form

The NSIA Islamic Academy is designed to provide Muslim children with a comprehensive and enriching online Islamic education.

​

Our dedicated team of qualified Arabic-speaking teachers will be imparting Quran, Tajweed, and Islamic studies to kids, teens, and adults starting from age 5 years old.

 

  • Arabic, Quran and Tajweed classes.

  • Options for Quranic Arabic to understand Quran

  • Interactive Islamic Studies classes 

  • Small class sizes, limited to 4 students per class.

  • Two periods every week one for Quraan and the other for Islamic studies

  • Flexible schedule to suit students availability 

  • Minimum commitment of 3 months (student has to commit for minimum of 3 months in the program).

  • For only $50 per student per month.

  • Furthermore, you'll have the option to request a tax return donation receipt for your payment.

Terms & Conditions

​1. Payment policy: 

  • We kindly request the payment be made prior to the commencement of each new month.

  • Our team is diligently working towards implementing an online direct debit solution. In the meantime, the first month's subscription fees will be paid online as part of this registration form.

2. Cancellation/Refund Policy:

  • Your child has to commit to being in the program for minimum of three months.

  • Should you wish to cancel your subscription, please notify the NSIA program management team at least two weeks before your monthly subscription renewal date.

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept cancellations for any collected subscription fees.
