Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: To participate in the Sleepover, you must be a Muslimah aged 13 to 17 years old. By registering for the event, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2. Sleepover rules:  Girls are expected to adhere to the code of conduct and follow the Sleepover rules. Any violation of rules or disruptive behaviour may result in dismissal from the Sleepover

 

3. Health and Safety: Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical information. Sleepover organizers will take necessary precautions, but parents/guardians should be aware of inherent risks in camp activities. Girls with allergies or medical conditions must inform organizers in advance.

4. Supervision and Communication:  Girls will be supervised during Sleepover activities. Parents/guardians will be updated through the Sleepover WhatsApp Group. In case of emergencies, Sleepover organizers will contact parents/guardians.

5. Liability: Sleepover organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. Sleepover organizers are not liable for accidents or injuries that occur during Sleepover activities.

6. Photography: Participants agree to have their photos taken and shared on our social media platforms. If a participant has any concerns, they must inform the management team prior to the event.

7. Refund policy: All sales are final - no refund or change of mind

​

8. Dress Code: To ensure a smooth and fun atmosphere at the event, participants are kindly asked to dress appropriately for the event.
