The 6 weeks Ladies Fitness Challenges is structured as follows:

1. There will be 6 sessions led by certified group trainer. Each session is 1 hour and it is one sessions a week for 6 consecutive weeks.

2. The sessions will take place at AUT fitness Centre (North campus), every Sunday from 9:00 to 10:30 am (starting 10th September).
​
3. The sessions will focus on general fitness.

1. Eligibility: To participate in the women's fitness 6 weeks challenge classes you must be a Muslimah above 15 years old. By registering for the event, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.
